Cheek Implant

Who is a good candidate?

  • You have a desire and need for more prominent cheek contour.

  • You have small or significantly reduced cheek tissue and cheekbone contour as an inherited characteristic or as a result of aging.

  • You have facial asymmetry.

Description of the Procedure

  • The procedure is done on an outpatient basis under sedation and local or general anesthesia.

  • A small incision is made under the upper lip, in the lower eyelid, or in the hairline and an implant with a biologically correct shape is inserted over the natural cheekbone contour.

Recovery is approximately ten days and the results are permanent.
